The terms that apply when you use AskarTech apps.

These terms govern the use of the applications developed by AskarTech and published on app stores. By downloading and using an app, you agree to them.
If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Where the two differ, the provision more favourable to you applies.
Horoscopes, dream readings, chakra content, crystal guides and similar material in the apps are provided for information, relaxation and personal awareness.
This content is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, psychological counselling, or legal or financial advice. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.
Some sections are generated with artificial intelligence. Generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent; it is not guaranteed to be correct and is not expert advice.
Text you write into AI features is processed in order to produce a response. Do not enter sensitive personal data such as identity, health or financial information there.
The apps can be used without creating an account. Signing in is optional and serves only to carry your data across devices.
You can delete your account and the data linked to it from within the app. How data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Paid features are unlocked with an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to the store account you downloaded the app with, and the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in the subscription settings of your store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access for the remainder of it.
Prices vary by country and by store; the amount shown on the purchase screen is the one that applies. If a price changes, the store notifies you and asks for your consent before the next renewal.
Refund requests are handled under the refund policy of the store that made the sale (Apple App Store or Google Play).
The free tier of the apps may contain advertising. Advertising is removed once a subscription is purchased.
The scope of the features offered in the free tier may change over time; the scope of an active subscription is not reduced while that subscription is running.
You may not use the apps in breach of applicable law, in a way that harms others, or by means that disrupt the operation of the service.
Reverse engineering the apps, extracting their source code, and copying or republishing their content without permission are prohibited.
The apps and the text, images, audio, design and software they contain belong to AskarTech and are protected by copyright.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The service is provided “as is”. It is not warranted to run uninterrupted or error free; temporary disruption may occur because of maintenance, updates or third party service outages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AskarTech is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the apps.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current text is always published on this page and the date above is changed.
When a significant change is made, you are informed from within the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Denizli have jurisdiction. Your rights under consumer legislation are reserved.
